Hello hello my gemlins!! 💙

Things are looking up again, I feel my creative juices returning to my brain and it's resulted in me actually finishing the upcoming #MUTED episode, which I will post for $5 gemlins on Tuesday! :)

I also already started work on the next one and made good progress in only a few hours today yooooo ; A;)💙 Feels very good.

As I mentioned in a previous post I've been spending a little more time with more illustrative work, one of which is the one above~ I mostly went into it with a vague idea for the atmosphere, but my main goal was to just draw without pressure and allowing myself to play around with premade brushes as well, just to get the feeling of accomplishment that comes with finishing something, while not having to put 120% energy and work into it. The umbrella is a 3D model, the rain is a brush, the bushes are a brush.... the whole process was very comfortable and fun 😌

I usually like hand-drawing most things myself, for me personally it just feels better but sometimes shortcuts are where it's at 💜
