Hey my gemlins 💙

Finally, a new sketch collection~

The most recent sketches are on the first page, drawn while I was on calls. I've been struggling with art again these days, I guess it's been a while since the last slump, haha. Trying to somehow work through it. :)

Not much to say about the #muted doodles, I've just been trying to set a more.. serious grown-up mood. Potentially for the next chapter? But also just because I felt like it. As I mentioned in a previous post, I've been really enjoying more muted (haha) watercolour aesthetics recently.

The two studies are part of a course I'm doing on the side right now, I wanna try to learn a few more art skills to improve my work in the future. Those studies aren't very good yet, obviously. Also because I lack patience to really look and try. But if I squint my eyes real hard and only look at them from afar, I think I did well, haha.

The character design doodles were fun, the results of them are the blue- and grey-haired guys, for a short comic I would maybe like to do in the future. The title would be "Wasteland Flowers", I'd like it to be a soft dystopian story, but I can't really tell you any details yet. It's just fun to work on something else for a bit sometimes.

And the redhead at the end is my OC Ayden, who needs a bit of a redesign. Still a WIP, will figure this out later~
