jasper and kai both like the outdoors (in kai's case the part of the outdoors that doesn't include too many humans) and they'd definitely use the current weather to go hiking or something. (author's note: i can't relate to that, if i didn't have to leave the house every now and then i probably never would do so voluntarily)
cue secret make-out sessions in the bushes and jasper complaining about having been bitten in the butt by several ants afterwards 😂
this was more of a doodle than anything else, it took roughly 90minutes from start to finish \o/ bless cell-shading, it saves so much time when i feel the strong urge to finallyyyy draw something just for the fun of it but shouldn't technically allow myself to because there's other work waiting ; _;)) this is a decent solution, i must say i don't dislike it! plus it's been a hot minute since i last attempted cellshading like this 👀

I'm 10000% down with the whole secret make-out sessions in the bushes. These two deserve all the happiness they can get. Jasper complaining makes the whole thing so precious and memorable. XDDDD And yeah, the weather has been crazy here too. One week, it's too cold to go out without a winter coat and then the week after, everything is just too hot. Ugh. Mother Nature doesn't need to make up for lost time. Gradual heat is preferable tyvm.
