i think you asked for him once before, so now finally here he is!
i love him a lot, the older i got, the more his character grew on me, especially when i rewatched sailor moon a couple of years ago. drawing this made me want to rewatch again ahhh, sailor moon is still the best.
i recorded a speedpaint, which i made public for once, you can watch it here if you'd like!! (and see me struggle while i decide where to place the goddamn moon OTL)

I'm glad you like my version of him!! while i wasn't into him a lot as a kid (i was too busy being gay for michiru) he's become one of my loves as an adult hahah💕
