This lot was the third build I EVER did ( ˶°ㅁ°) !! I went in with my now more knowledgeable building expertise and spruced it up just a little to look fuller, nicer, and less plain jane (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)
This Cyber Apartment complex is perfect for your gang affiliated sims to happily live in one building together! The top floor is for your boss, second floor for your henchmen, and bottom floor for your hackers. There's a nice communal space with quick snacks, a gym, a pool, rooftop garden, and a grilling patio for outdoor parties! (gotta celebrate your heists of course!) This is the perfect living space for your gang to take over Night City! .........or in our case Newcrest ( ≧ᗜ≦)
This lot comes with 7 sims and a kitty sim to download. Downloading the sims I envisioned living here is totally not required, but I personally think is great for storytelling purposes.
