Just repair what’s *absolutely* necessary, remove the rear seats, put an air mattress in the back, and go exploring until the thing really breaks! That might make for a few great videos, and it would be a *real* low-cost overland experience. Of course you might need to get rescued. Maybe Starlink would sponsor the trip? :-)

Fun fact a house door key can fit into the key slot on the door and get stuck and terrify your 5 year old self till you get it out
