Yeah, I encountered that too. The armor construction worked in previous versions (last year). Luckily, it's not that much work to get the better armored vest from Fiddles, so it's just an annoyance.

How do you craft the armor out of junk? I have the five pieces but everytime i go to the Store Room my only option is do nothing.
