This shit is really hard and if you have the added resentment of secretly not wanting one it's going to be hell. I've seen friends go through it, if you don't have Resolve behind your decision those 2:00 a.m. wake ups are going to make you want to end it. Just because your wife wanted the baby more it also it doesn't mean she's going to do more of the care. You still have to be a present parent. Make the decision by yourself and be sure you're both on the same page

2025-08-21 21:36:46 +0000 UTCI was in a rut last summer I had a terrible breakup, just moved to a new place, felt trapped but was at the same time killing it with a new job, i felt the same... like hey man life is good my apartment is nice my job is good I just got promoted but I can't even appreciate this success because of all this homesickness and breakup depression and its like whats even the point of it all... and as dumb as it sounds I got an electric scooter and just zipped mindlessly around town and something about that little kid fun of just riding around on something with wheels with no goal other than just riding around, it really helped tipped the scales of motivation that like yea life is shit and good at the same time.
