Both sides were misquoting eachothers clips but there was some truth to what they said about one another as well. Ethan was being a bit of a dumbass and hasan was being a hypocrite. They also were going out of their way to paint aba n preach in a bad light. Ethan saying that they are some pipeline to extremist content is fucking wild. So wild in fact, that Hasan immediately distanced himself from Ethan’s statement. That being said aba n preach have created a space where they are consistently criticizing trans people, that indirectly creates a breeding ground for transphobia. I dont believe they are necessarily aware of that and just do it for content purposes bc they know it will be controversial and bring in views. I dont think any of them are bad guys maybe just a little misguided.
