Lexa issued the kill order on Linc cause he disobeyed her orders and betrayed the Coalition when he went back to M.W. and killed Cage, different to s1 when he betrayed his Clan-Trikru and was punished for it by Indra(leader of Trikru)cause Lexa(the Coalition)wasn't involved in those events directly
