Clean Up of Tiers

Just a very quick post to let you know that we've reorganised our tiers slightly.
- Rather than listing every single reward on each tier, we've included "all previous rewards" + the additional benefits of being on that tier. The tiers looked a bit messy with everything included on every tier, so hopefully, this is a positive change.
- We removed the "EARLY" tiers. If you are on these tiers, you still have all the same benefits and no changes are needed. As these tiers were for limited numbers and are always at capacity, we have removed them to keep the tier list page looking much cleaner.
- To make it clearer to everyone, no matter what currency you support us in, we've changed the requirements for game access on the First and Second Realm tiers. The previous requirement was that you'd receive access after pledging £7. The requirements on these two tiers are now as follows:
First Realm Supporters - will receive access to the game after four months of being on this tier.
Second Realm Supporters - will receive access to the game after two months of being on this tier.
This should work out in exactly the same way, and we'll ensure nobody is negatively impacted by this change for this month's release.
