We're sharing this post publicly to let you all know where we're at with the next Realm 3 update and to confirm our new release schedule per tier.
Realm 3 - v0.02
For the next update, we should have this out during January. We have the images for the release finalised, and the animations have been created. We're now working on lighting and rendering the animations. I also need to do a full proofread and organise the code and sounds. We'll confirm a specific release date within the next couple of weeks.
We mentioned in our last development update that our PC had an issue with rendering. Thanks to a helpful suggestion from a supporter on Discord (thank you StarCrap), we were able to resolve this and get things swiftly moving.
Release Schedule
The release schedule currently detailed on our tiers is reflective of when we were releasing every couple of weeks, which due to the enhancements we've made, is not currently possible.
Our plan moving forward is to do one new release per month. As such, release dates per tier will be amended as below. I will update the tiers shortly to reflect these changes.
Fourth Realm Supporters: Two weeks early
Third Realm Supporters: One week early
Eligible Second + First Realms Supporters: On release date
Looking Ahead
Early in the new year, we'll share some of our plans for the future.
