i think like never, in real life, at least to me, but i feel like a lot of the times the 'barely disguised fetish' thing has been used towards me online it's been in kinda a mean-spirited way, where the person ACTUALLY thinks something in there is my barely disguised fetish (when chances are i just thought it was funny yknow?)
