Here Comes: Arianne

When she was younger, witches had more power and had a voice in the affairs of Pythonium. However, one-day, demons started exterminating them all and were only stopped when King Lucius intervened. Ba'el had two main conditions to stop the genocide. The first was for the witches to be stripped of their privileges. The second was for the execution of most of their royal families.
Some people were thankful for the intervention of Terran, but Arianne always felt that it happened too late.
While she is nowhere near as powerful as the other rulers, Arianne is arguably the strongest Witch ever born. Because of that, she ascended the throne instead of her oldest sister, Seraphina.
Since she has been in power, the Witches of Pythonium have gotten stronger, and they are more respected across the Realms. While her relationship with Ba'el is still tense, they have been working together and seem to have left their bloody history behind them.
She is the person most likely able to help obtain the potion to help restore Kerros' magic, which is why you are going to Pythonium.
