Progress Report #2

Hey everyone,
We won't necessarily be doing these progress posts every single week. But as our next game release won't be until November, we thought we'd keep you updated on what we're up to. So, since our last progress update:
- We started the process of getting Realm 1 translated into other languages. We are still very early in the process and are yet to organise it fully. If you could assist us with the translations into any different language, please message me directly on Patreon or speak to Jay on Discord.
- We uploaded our first YouTube video (that's not a trailer) of Tae speaking about the bond while posing an image in DAZ 3D.
- We have started the creation of art for our Steam achievements. These will be in a clip-art style rather than just images from the game and will all be custom-created icons.
- Tae wrote a few more (6) short stories that we will gradually upload to our website. So far, we have an Atlas and Leyala story, but we will add another later this week.
- Tae also wrote some new scenes for Realm 2, expanded some and removed another one (as it was no longer required due to a newly added scene). There will still be various adjustments and a few scenes to add, and Jay will need to proofread it all. But progress is coming along nicely.
- Tae tried to learn some new techniques on DAZ, such as how to manipulate clothing items. This didn't come along as smoothly as we'd hoped, but after having a foundation, hopefully, this will progress with some more practice.
- We have also started buying the assets for Realm 2 and tried to pose some renders in them to see if they could work.
- Tae has also been playing around with the lighting/colour/composition of scenes. She's trying to make them look more dynamic and detailed than we've seen previously. I've included a couple of examples of images created to test the assets for Realm 2. We first did it with our usual techniques and then tried again with our new ones. We know that we can still improve them, but we're happy with the difference in how they look and hope that Realm 2 will be a step up from Realm 1.

Thanks for reading. Have a great week!
Thanks so much for your kind words Razor. You’ve been such a positive member of our community and we’re incredibly grateful for your continued support, it means a lot to us! We hope that you like what we do with Realm 2 and beyond :)

As I have seen with other Devs who are passionate, your work will always constantly evolve and improve with the more you do. Congratulations again for being on Steam. Also, looking forward to Realm 2 and all the progress you both have made. Tae, these look fantastic. Wish I had your talents.
