Is she pregnant or is that her other breast or is it something else below the arm? Is it her arm in the top or her other breast? Julie's body angle seems to be different than the producer's (not exactly behind). Idk, looking at this image it seems far more confusing than the complaint I made about the Mika one. I think it's the foam and water around the bellybutton area which creates the impression of a stomach bulge which confuses me.
