Next Episode Topic

I've been working on a few episode ideas simultaneously, and I initially planned on another topic being my next video. But I've now made up my mind, the next episode is going to be all about Seek Guidance and the Hidden Developer Messages of Dark Souls 1.

I compiled the list of all the hidden messages for wikidot way back in the day, and did some testing in debug way back to learn more about how it all works. It's something I've been meaning to talk about for a while, and though I have written a bit about it before, it's also going to include a deeper review of its issues and its context within the series (talking a bit about how it evolved for later titles, too).

I'm excited to announce that, in preparing for this video, we actually discovered a few new things too. It's pretty wild to be finding new stuff in Dark Souls 1 all these years later.

This is a non-hidden developer message that doesn't require Seek Guidance to be seen, but a few of these non-hidden messages will be relevant to the discussion in an interesting way.

The script is finished and I've begun recording and editing some vocal audio.
