Don Laul Julian, one of the big Five. The Amorphous, a registered Scion whose abilities include the generation of body parts like eyes, hands, feet, tentacles, teeth, etc. They are a medical anomaly, capable of growing and stretching beyond the human form into a monstrosity that can swallow buildings. Don Julian works closely with the city's prison warden, taking inmates to be employed at their brothel in exchange for escaping the oppressive nature of the underground prison. The Bird Cage, direct competitor to Vanessa's Dollhouse and epicenter of X-rated entertainment in the Central District area. Laul's crime syndicate runs the Dark Market, where illegal trade of services, body parts, or even people take place.
