Black Winter King (character design arts)

He was a female character at first, but since the tough female character is Rodlina's personality, so he has been redesigned as a male character. If he was a woman, he might have had a special relationship with Vinter.
Blaskan knows what power is and how to deal with it. He is an ambitious challenger and talented for political / commercial success.
He's the closest character to the KING, and if there weren't Vinter, he would have risen to the throne.
His name means 'blade', 'desire' and 'icicle'.
