Updates on the Fanart Polls!

Voting Time Length
Instead of having the whole month to vote, I kinda realised that is a stupid amount of time. Most votes get put in during the first week, so we are sticking with that! Each poll will be open for 1 week and then will close, securing the results
Voting and Suggestion Times
I want to change the timing for the months. I'm thinking having the month's poll during the first half of the month, and ask for suggestions for the NEXT month is the second half. This may be a bit confusing, but I'll try to explain it and implement as best as possible. Basically you vote during the first half of February, we have a winner, and while I work on the image set you give me suggestions for the next month. If you have questions feel free to ask!
That's pretty much the deal atm. No big changes, just some timing adjustments so it's more organized and consistent. Plus I made a new preview graphic for it~
