As you may have heard, Patreon will enforce subscriptions on the day of joining, meaning patrons get billed on the day they joined. I always kept it on the first day of the month because I posted one chapter a month for the past 9 years (damn), not that it mattered much.

I'm more concerned why they enforce this, namely Apple rules. You may have heard about artists kicked out of the platform for doing "indecent" art. I'm using this word with irony as we're talking about silly fetishes, and while I agree that some of these deserve to be scorned, we're talking about art done and read by consenting adults.

Since my own page could be closed arbitrarily, Patreon kissing Apple's bu- ring is obviously bad, regardless of my own opinion about this brand (I despise it).

TLDR, if you joined on PC or android, the only change should be the day you're charged. As I understood there will be a bullcrap fee on Iphones, so... don't go throught these, that's all I can say.

Past years have been hard and I just realized how much here has been my happy place. So as always, thank you for your support, and let's hope it continues for years. You can contact me if you joined at the end of August and got double billed, I'll issue refunds.
