modification of the commission TIERS

I write this to inform everyone of a minor modification in the last tier (of 40).
Now, only one character is possible. However, two versions of this character can be ordered: with clothes, without clothes, or with light clothes. Your choice.
Another tier will be added that will have everything tier 40 has but with the added possibility of having two characters in a drawing and free choice.

Not sure exactly but other places I have been made new tiers that had higher stuff and they showed all the lower tier things.
