- Bedframe (deco, you need to put matress on top): 7k polycount | 8 Swatches (ts4) and recolorable (ts3)
- Armchair 2 versions (functional): 10k polycount | around 5 swatches each and recolorable
- Balboa Carved Door Chest: 1k poly | 4 swatches and recolorable
- Dresser (functional+slots for TS3 (+animation of sims opening drawer) | functional+slots for TS4) : 6k poly | 6 swatches and recolorable
- Lotus Blossom Mirror (Functional): 5k poly | 41 swatches and recolorable
- Spiky Seahorse endtable: 9k poly | 5 swatches and recolorable
