I've ironed out almost all of the details for 0.7.4, and so I expect to be putting it to beta in the next few days. That will be accompanied by the usual 'coming soon to shattered' blog post, which will go up over at ShatteredPixel.com
In the meantime, I've attached a teaser video for the wand of warding. Obviously rats aren't much of a challenge for any +5 item, but this should give you a pretty good idea of how the wand of warding works when its received a few upgrades, though note that balance is not yet final.

The wand has a ward/sentry limit based on its current level, you can freely upgrade or stack wards until you hit that limit. Ward/sentry damage is based on wand level.
