The Queen's Gambit Episode 2 (2020) * FULL LENGTH REACTION

LET THE CHESS BEGIN!!!

I love how this series is about "show, don't tell". There isn't a lot of dialogue, but there is just enough to tell the story, and everything else is done by expressions, glances and movement.

Her confidence is astounding, and I expect that it will get shattered at some point. She will not take her first loss very well whenever that happens.

I love the interactions that she has with the other girl in the tournament. I definitely would love for them to be friends!

And the music is fantastic. It's stressful when it needs to be, quiet to enhance the scene, and melancholic just at the right times 🤩🥰

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the movie.  You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

I'm with you 100% on what you said!! It's made very differently than most TV series that I've seen, and it's fantastic!

OHH!!!! He looked a bit familiar but I have no idea why!!! 🤣 He's changed a lot since Harry Potter!

here's a fun fact, the guy she beat at the end who showed up late and kept yawning was also Harry Potter's cousin Dudley. great reaction! can't wait to see more!

Mister Lou

Hey Chris! It's a bit better. I would say it's not great, not terrible (but closer to terrible than great 😅) Thanks for asking 🥰

Hi Vero. How's your back doing? Hopefully better.... 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞 Did you notice that the actor who played Beltik (Yawning Dude) was the same actor who played Dudley Dursley, Harry Potter's cousin? As for asking for a draw from a losing position, it's rare but not unheard of. especially at the middling levels of chess play. There's no rule against it, and you never know, maybe your opponent doesn't realize how bad your position is....
