Perhaps it's meant to be watched again and again until you win?!?

WhatTheExpletive

I don't want to give too much information away but... that one won't be on a poll since it's already locked in to be watched in the coming months!!

Backdraft (1991), an EXCELLENT Ron Howard film with the score by Hans Zimmer! Outstanding cast as well including William Baldwin, Kurt Russel, Robert DeNiro, Donald Sutherland, Scott Glenn, Jennifer Jason Leigh and Rebecca DeMorney! This is an amazing firefighting movie that seems to fly under the radar.

Arrival is such a good movie! And I'd even say it gets better on a re-watch 😄

Jerry Maguire (1996)

I concur, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this movie as the friend who suggested it to me is very hit or miss with his recommendations and he had previously been serving up some definite misses before this one 😂

Biggsy

I really enjoyed that movie!

Biggsy

@Eliza N Omg I'm so sorry to say this, I saw Arrival when it released, and I remember two things: the end and the song "On the Nature of Daylight". I'd be up for a rewatch, but I don't think that's what people want to see 😅

Verowak

I was a huge fan of wrestling (WWF) when Stone Cold, Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels were part of it 😁

Sunshine (2007) - It's got to the final poll twice and lost, but I'm going for it again! :-)

But with four bags, how can you tell which one is "fun"? {Also, I love your rhyme.)

Richard Flores

Beginning to end fun is "in the bag" with this one!

thebeefmaster

More people everywhere need to see this movie. Shane. Black. Shane Black and Christmas. No one else has so consistantly done it better.

Richard Flores

Every single DV movie I see, it always blows me away, just how masterful he is. 'The Arrival' has been on my short-list for awhile now, but time + life seems to get in the way. I look forward to that day.

Pretty sure you don't have to have seen any of the Michael Bay films.

The Wrestler (2008). I know what you’re probably thinking “ a movie about wrestling” right? Far from it. It’s actually a very powerful and emotional ride. You don’t have to be a fan of this industry (wrestling) to appreciate this movie. Director Darren Aronofsky captures every scene so well, that you’ll be able to understand what this business is all about. Fingers crossed it gets some votes.

Joe M

That's a very good question. I usually take the results after a week, so it'll end Feb 6th at 11am EST / 4pm UTC. I'll write down the top 15 then 😁

When does voting close?

City Slickers. Those 90s movies were something special and I think this movie is fun and entertaining. Also makes you have all the feels too.

Just making sure that I don't need to have seen any Michael Bay Transformers movie first, right?

While I love this suggestion, can you suggest a different movie since I'm already watching that one for March 😁

Verowak

Blade Runner 2049 (2017)- I'm excited this is already on the list! In that case, I'd suggest Arrival (2016). I'm such a Denis Villeneuve fan haha
