Padme and Anakin are really alike, it's no wonder they get along so well 🤣
I really liked seeing a good separatist! It's too easy to just think they are all villains and evil, but that's clearly not the case. It was also really great to see Ahsoka learn that it's not all black and white, there are good people on both sides, and both sides have different perspectives.
Of course, throw that douchebag Count Dooku in it, and of COURSE everything is corrupt! I feel like the world would be so much better if Dooku and Palpatine were NOT THERE.
Silly Anakin for giving Ahsoka a hard time when he clearly would have done the exact same thing! I'm glad Ahsoka is seeing more than just the Jedi/republic side, she's smart so I'm curious to see how she'll take it.

I assumed the change in animation would happen between seasons, I was very wrong. I did notice that Anakin looked different, but I couldn't figure out why. That just means we need more Anakin in upcoming episodes 😊

You might notice that Anakin's design is also different; he has slightly longer hair, his robes are shorter, more like skirt length than dress length, and he no longer wears pieces of armor

2023-06-29 21:30:17 +0000 UTCI associate Obi-Wan, Anakin and Ahsoka as the main characters so far. Though it's very interesting seeing Ahsoka because she is actually learning from her experiences, whereas Obi-Wan and Anakin are set in their ways. I love seeing Ahsoka pair up with different people, it feels like she'll be well rounded, and with this episode, it feels like she will get enough exposure about the other side that she'll make the best decisions overall, imo.

2023-06-29 21:28:55 +0000 UTCI got major Crush vibes from Lux and Ahsoka by the end there haha, perhaps there's something there 🤔😂 It's just insane to grasp that the two Sith Lords are the heads of both sides, no matter what they can't win everything is rigged, it's only up to good people like Padme and Mina to break the cycle but it's a nearly impossible task

2023-06-29 19:19:36 +0000 UTCI think I said it before, but while the clone wars doesn't necessarily have a "main" character, Ahsoka can be considered in the running for the main character. She goes on these missions with people other than her master, other than the jedi, and learns so much about the galaxy rather than whatever the jedi want to teach. Even Anakin being her master isn't quite the same as Obi or the council teaching her. If I wasn't so lazy, I've had an idea for an infographic with what skills or lessons Ahsoka learns with which character to show how she grows throughout the show. We'll watch her career with great interest
