PATREON POLL FOR THE NEXT MOVIE!!

Good day everyone, it's time for a Patreon poll!

Earlier in March I asked for movie suggestions from you, and I've gotten a bunch.  I have kept all the suggestions in a table for future movies to react to, but for this poll I've taken the first suggestion from everyone and made a nice little table with them (see first image for the list of 9 movies).

I then used my RNG formula 4 times to get 4 different movies for this poll!  (I didn't want the votes to be too spread out over 9 movies, so decided to shrink it to 4 this time).

That being said, please vote for the movie you would like to see me react to next!

These are 4 movies that seem to be very different from one another, so this will be interesting.  Neat fact for the 4 movies, they are all made in a different decade!

I still haven't decided if I will watch this after I'm done the Star Wars sequels, or if I'll watch a movie in between each sequel movie, but that's a problem for Vero in 2 days.

I hope you have a good rest of the week!

PATREON POLL FOR THE NEXT MOVIE!! PATREON POLL FOR THE NEXT MOVIE!!

Comments

I surprisingly know very little about it. "We're not in Kansas anymore", there's a tin man, a lion, a scarecrow and a yellow brick road. I don't know the story itself

Verowak

For an old timer like me there is no doubt. The Wizard of Oz is one of the greatest movies of all time

A war/drama done by Taika Watiti? I was NOT expecting that! I try to go in with an open mind for all movies, and this one was released in 2019, so pre- Love and Thunder which is a good thing lol I've added it to the list and I promise you, I will not hold you accountable in the event that I don't like it. Even if I don't some parts or most of it, there will probably be some good things from it, which I try to focus on!!

ngl i don't think I suggested a movie for the movie polls before but I remember some comment you made about Taika Waititi (about doing star wars which I wouldn't like as well), I agree with you on the wariness with his movies, especially after love and thunder. However I'd like to (tentatively) suggest Jojo Rabbit at some point, I think it shows Taika at his best especially for general audiences without spoiling anything. I don't think I saw it in your letterboxed, I said tentatively because I don't want to be held accountable If you don't like it lol. Not trying to force anything It came to mind some time ago just didn't have time to comment. Anyay if you ever get around to it would love an open mind to it, but either way love your content, can't wait to upgrade when I can

That's very unfortunate. It does seem like there was a period of time where reboots were all the rage, but they weren't made too well. It lacked a lot of what made the originals great

Verowak

I saw the 2014 reboot but like the Total Recall Reboot it just lost all what made the original so good, basic generic 2010s action movie with no soul. From the satire to the 1980s retro futurism aesthetic to the acting and story it was just striped of everything.

Jedi Mandalore (Dylan)

Oh that's true, there were recent Robocop movies made. Have you seen that one? I'm not a huge fan of reboots

Verowak

It seems to be the popular one. I got confused with that movie and the movie "9" at first

Verowak

Robocop all the way, best Sci Fi film here just an amazing mix of Satire, Dark Comedy, and Action. Wizard of Oz is a classic love it, District 9 is an interesting concept it's up there with films like Dredd (2012) for me and Robin Hood Men in Tights is just a fun ride. Remember hearing about a Robocop Returns movie which was going to feature director Neill Blomkamp who directed District 9 but this was back in 2019 so no idea what's happening. Also not sure if this was a sequel to the generic 2010s reboot of Robocop or an actual Sequel to the classic films.

Jedi Mandalore (Dylan)

Easy pick, District 9 it is.
