*FULL LENGTH REACTION* for Star Wars Episode 6 - Return of the Jedi

Well holy heck.  So many things happened in this movie and I'm still processing it.

Just a heads up I'm sort of going through a tough time at the moment, and I have a lot of things on my plate so uploads may be slightly less frequent since I want to record on when I have a somewhat decent day.

That being said, I really appreciate each and everyone one of you for the support and the fact that you enjoy what I do.  Sometimes YouTube comments can get pretty damn harsh and tough to deal with, but I'm learning to be better at ignoring some things.

For the full length reaction, you do need a copy of the movie in order to watch along (available on Disney + and that's the version I'm watching, seeing as there are a few different Star Wars versions out there).

I hope everyone has a great week, I'm just patiently waiting until summer is back and I can finally be warm :)

I've learned to just ignore a lot of them. I don't like people being judgmental and negative, but I've learned that it's not something I should bother with online since it's a losing battle. I'm slowly learning :D

That sucks that things aren't going well. (Can definitely relate.) And I'm sure crappy YT comments don't help, as they can be pretty affecting, even in the best of times. (Even just engaging in them as another commenter can be pretty bad. I can only imagine what it's like actually putting yourself out there as a reactor/Youtuber.) Whenever you feel up to it, looking forward to whatever you upload.

At least as far as star wars series, most of them are set around the prequels but the most recent series Andor really only references Rogue One and the original trilogy. Rogue One works fine any time you want after the original trilogy, since it's set just before A New Hope and doesn't rely on the prequels much less the latest trilogy. Rogue One is unique in the star wars movies being more of a war movie than space fantasy, and Andor is in a league of its own for quality of drama and seriousness of the story. It's great seeing something actually explore how living under the fascistic Empire effects normal people and how normal people just doing their job make the Empire work!

King of wooden dialogue... that is such a perfect name for him! I definitely am not watching Star Wars for the romance thankfully, so it's just something to be pushed to the side :D. I love how the pilot stayed the same!! I'm rooting for him, though I guess the prequel and sequels probably won't have him. Ahh, I really need to see what scenes were added in the later releases, seems there are quite a few. Thanks for the info!!

I mean, there are SO many series, so I'm pretty excited to watch them once the movies are all done with so I get all references or easter eggs that may or may not be in the series :D

Thank you, I hope so too!

Thank you, the Star Wars film have been great so far, I'm actually really looking forward to the next trilogy since it was made during my favorite movie making years!

Oh, the series thing would be great! A lot of good series to react to, and combining multiple episodes for youtube seems to work well for a lot of people.

The dialogue.. yeah well even Lucas has called himself the "king of wooden dialogue". He's kindof known for it, especially the romance bits! Expect it to continue, haha. The pilot you recognized, Red Leader/Wedge Antilles was in A New Hope flying an X-Wing in the Death Star battle, and again flying a snowspeeder in Empire Strikes Back. He was Red Two in the first movie, so he got a promotion for being one of the few survivors! He shows up a lot in the old extended universe books and starred in a few so I grew up reading about the character. And the celebration scenes at the end were all added in with later releases. The skyscraper city is Coruscant, the capital world of the Galaxy so it shows up a lot in the novels and here and there on screen. It's an ecumenopolis (entire planet covered in city) and I've heard Lucas wanted to explore it on screen earlier but it was too hard to do well until CG was an option- thus adding it into the re-release.

Sorry to hear things aren't going too well at the moment, I hope everything sorts themselves out sooner than later. In the meantime, I hope these Star Wars films are at least able to make you smile and entertained :)
