Frankly, it is tough.
The next world is Fate/Zero.
Some of you might be familiar, some of you not, but it is famous.
If you haven't watched it, then watch it. This anime is good.
Nevertheless, I just want to ask you, who should he summon?

For lancer, artoria in lost belt is op and her noble phantasm if he can copy it that would be amazing. For caster, female Merlin or scathach both can teach him magic since he does not really follow a system, merlin has reach the top when it comes to magic and scathach has her primordial runes and they are op. For archer, an emiya archer would be good as he can copy his UBW and creating more legendary weapons will be much easier or female Gilgamesh, she is full of op noble phantasms that can help him in his development. For beserker, Hercules would be idealmas he can copy his nine lives and that is broken when he is fighting gods or sth. For assassin, I don't really know much about them but if he summons the first Hassan that would be ideal. For rider, he can summon medusa and copy her mystic eyes of petrification. Other classes can be summoned to like avenger jeaane or a beast class servant but they need special cases. If he uses his blood as a catalyst then he would have to summon a servant from the east as his race itself originates from Asia. He can use his [Human] or [Elf] to try to bypass that. Better yet if his [Solomon] skill and [Ava] can some how bypass the grails protection and connect directly to the throne of heros that would be pretty fascinating he can summon as many servants as he wants without them being connected to the grail wars.
