The BD version has an OP (after the scene where Violet arrives and the doll is shown up close at the beginning), but the NF version does not (instead the title is displayed for a few seconds). This seems to be a big difference. (Sorry if it's hard to understand because it's a Google translation.)

In some episodes there is a runtime difference between versions, in addition to the 12 second Netflix Intro and extended Netflix ending which varies. Another minor change I've seen is different music plays on occasion, and even some scenes play just slightly faster. Episode 10 Netflix: 23:40 (Cutting the Netflix stuff out), other version 26:34 Ep13 has an extended release as well, though I'm not sure what the difference is. It makes syncing harder if you're not using the Netflix version :/
