DFJ's Whisper Eyes Recolor

My favorite eyes in ts4 is @dangerouslyfreejellyfish‘s Whisper Eyes! I love it so much that I just had to have more colors in its style as non-default. And now, thanks to the ever so kind, Kelly, I am able to share this with y’all. I hope ya’ll like it!
- 40 total colors in the same color range as my Salvia Eyes
- comes in nondefault and contacts
- nondefaults are located in the same category as your default eyes
- contacts can be found in facepaint
- nondefault colors have been fully geneticized (inheritance based on color)

February 21, 2020: Nondefaults updated for Spellcasters
May 4, 2019:
- Updated the genetics function. Eyes are now passed on based on color. Delete the old package and re-download to see these changes
