HOLY COW. This show never fails to be a masterclass to make you feel unsettled when it wants to. Also, great discussion as usual. I liked Anna’s point of drawing the parallel of Kagari’s amnesia to Daru and Mayuris’ vague feelings of Kurisu upon seeing Amadeus. Sharp observation of realizing Maho didn’t lose phone connection but that Amadeus was shut down and potentially connecting it to Judy Reyes. Ben also made some nice parallel references between SG0 and SG regarding Suzuha and also Mayuri’s watch/Amadeus being cut off. On a different note, I recently discovered the show Frieren and instantly fell in love with it. I think you guys would enjoy it and would love to hear your thoughts on the refreshing, mature, and powerful writing it has shown so far!
