There is a chance that we can get Willhelm & Theresia one off special or movie if Re:Zero gets even more popular. Think at the moment they can't do it as that story would have spoilers for anime viewers only, so until they reveal more about Astrea family we can only wait and see will we get it. As there is novel of Willhelm's backstory.
