so funny how often you guys mention video games considering this show's source material basically was one. A visual novel complete with all the same voice actors, and multiple endings! Of course some characters and dialogue needed to be trimmed down or were eliminated entirely (Feyris was actually a much more fleshed out character) and yet the story keeps its impact all the same. <3

Episode 23B leads directly into Steins'Gate 0 which you should definitely watch as it gives more context to the entirety of the original. It's basically about the Okabe from episode 23 after he gets off of the time machine and is broken because he killed Kurisu. It follow the progress of that Okabe and how we get to the point and what inspires him to find the true path to Steins;Gate. While not a sequel in a typical sense, it's absolutely required watching to get the most out of the show, and it also really develops a certain character's motivation a lot more, to the point that I'd say they almost steal the show by the end.
