This is a magazine for extremely young kids (prob age 5-9) and would actually be considered embarrassing for someone of Denji's age to read. It mostly deals with potty humor and toy commercials. It's a cheeky way for the author to tell us not to be too harsh on denji not emotionally supporting Aki by showing us he's operating on the same level of intellectual maturity as Dora the Explorer
