We had a great time in Perth. It was warm, it was mild, it was blue and clear. Every time you walk across the footbridge or take the train over the causeway, you are flying in a world of sky and water. And Pakistan's capitulation on the fourth day at least allowed Adam a more manageable travel schedule with the two little girls, and got Geoff a day on the beach with friends. Watching the sun set into the ocean is something that only this side of Australia gets to do.
Obviously we made Daily shows for you: one, two, three and four. And afterwards, the weekly.
Season 15, Episode 16: Back from Perth, the numbers are flying around as CA looks to ink in its schedule for the next five years. There's a new 10-over IPL on the horizon, joy of joys, as the IPL and WPL player auctions roll out. India's women demolish England in a Test and aim to do the same to Australia, while there are more brilliant performances in women's cricket from Pakistan in New Zealand and from Bangladesh in South Africa. Exciting times. Also, SKY might just be the best in his format.
Remarkably, we manged to do the weekly on video again. Two weeks running. See above.
And the usual audio is here.

South Beach, Fremantle
This time, Adam and Geoff are trying something unusual. It's a quadruple header, and it involves a quadruple ton. Then from Slammin' Sammy Northeast we go back nearly 100 years to when Wally Hammond let his balls do the talking on Test debut. Also, Indonesia-Japan relations via the NSW towns of Lismore, Hay and Cowra, and a great Dutch leader's finest day. Enjoy some tales as you drive home for Christmas, or whatever else you're doing.
Your Nerd Pledge numbers this week:

4.10 - Sam Chappell, Andrew Turner, MJ Knoester & Richard L
5.63 - Jake Cunliffe
Here's the audio.

We have a couple more bonuses coming over the Christmas weekend for those who need a break from their conversations or their responsibilities - let us be your breathing room. And we'll be back with you for the Daily from Boxing Day.
Merry Christmas.
