Season 13, Ep 17: With the second season of The Test documentary out in the world, Adrian Brown joins the show for a second time to talk through the differences and complexities of repeating the dose while keeping the recipe fresh. The Edinburgh half marathon

Adam has committed to doing this on May 28 to raise funds for the Lord's Taverners - and a number of TFW crew have already decided to run it with him. If you're mad enough to join them, places are available here. When you register, specify that you're part of the Final Word Podcast team. Ignore the part about needing to raise £300, because you'll be fundraising jointly with the rest of TFW.
