Well, we made it. Those of us who made it. We've reached the end of 2021, the second of a very rough couple of years worldwide. Some things are better, some leave us full of new worries or adaptations of old ones. But as for this small corner of the internet, all we can say is a huge thank-you for being part of it, and helping us make something that means a lot to us and a bunch of other people.
Season 11, Ep 11: A happy new year to all. As we always do on December 31, The Final Word takes a look back at the year that was. Also, Australia won the Ashes. After England went down 3-0 after barely two days in Melbourne, we get into the thick of the troubles of the game in that country with the perceptive journalist Rory Dollard.
We'll be back with one of these in the first few days of 2022, before the Sydney Test. And the Daily show will return then as well. Let's hope we get to make more than three of them per match.

At the top of this post post shows Adam going wild while calling Scott Boland's run of wickets, a magic MCG moment. With Geoff a couple of boxes over, it was a special week for this pair of radio commentary tragics.
Next us is 2022. A Pakistan tour, a Sri Lanka tour, an India tour, another T20 World Cup. It doesn't stop, and much of it won't be easy. But let's do it together.
