I realize I am a bit late in this discussion, but if it is actually $0.30 per transaction plus 8% in fees (and I think that sounds right, and it kinda reasonable). That means in order for Howard to get $2.50 of my money I need to pledge $3.05 monthly (for those that don't enjoy the algebra). So done, I upped my support to $3.05 monthly so you get the entire princely sum of $2.50.
