Grub Caste WIP
Added 2020-12-31 08:16:08 +0000 UTCDesigning the queen/processor, soldier and worker castes of the burrowers that inhabit floating vegetation mats. The plants are so hard to process that the workers cant digest them: they bring the food to the queens, who have oversized chemical digestive systems to deal with it, along with laying eggs.

Hoverfly larvae are a good reference, as well as termites and cicada nymphs. Glow-worms as well.
