M.sturbati0n Equals Procrastination
Added 2026-01-31 13:27:34 +0000 UTCAsk yourself a hard question: when do you relapse?
It’s almost never when you’re fully locked in, disciplined, and winning. It happens when you’re avoiding something, work you should start, effort you should give, decisions you should make. That’s not coincidence. That’s cause and effect.
M.sturbati0n is procrastination in its purest form. It’s choosing instant relief over delayed reward. It’s pressing the pause button on your potential because doing the work feels uncomfortable. Instead of facing resistance, you escape into sensation. Energy is meant to be converted, not dumped. When you hold it, it turns into focus. When you waste it, it turns into fog. That fog is why tasks feel heavier, mornings feel slower, and goals feel farther away than they actually are. After procrastinating with pleasure, you feel behind, you feel guilty. The man who procrastinates trains himself to be unreliable. Not just to others, but to himself. He says he’ll start tomorrow. He says he’s “planning.” He says he’s “working on mindset.” Meanwhile, nothing moves. Time passes. Opportunity doesn’t wait.
So decide who you are in that moment: the man who acts, or the man who escapes. Every escape trains delay, and delay quietly destroys potential. Choose action the instant discomfort appears, and procrastination loses its grip.

Yeah, and it feels all too familiar. We are familiar with masturbation because we have allowed to be our default mindset. We think, "it's okay, I'll start again tomorrow," when in reality, it turns to procrastination and laziness. Feeling this way for a longer period of time makes it more difficult to recover because we're too familiar with it. Us men need to step out of the "default/comfort zone", because it has causes us more pain, anguish, and frustration. We're not as disciplined or as focused enough to where we need to be. Where we need to grow, conquer, and transform. Once that mindset recognizes this, life becomes more of a mission and less of a blight.
