The visual overhaul 2022 has been using FNENB Preset with personal tweaks for a decent period of time, however, FNENB being probably the best ENB for Special Edition as far as presenting fantasy exteriors, has a few minor issues that I couldn't address or fix myself. These issues are not intrusive to your gameplay 99.9% of the time, but in the endeavor of providing the best and cleanest possible experience free of bugs and issues using the visual overhaul, I've come to a decision to change the preset to something I've been testing for a full month now.
The main change that we will be applying is changing the NLA Weather Plugin and substituting it with Azurite Weathers, after which you may proceed with deleting all ENB files for the Skyrim's root folder and copying new files provided.

Changelog:
- Enabled cloud shadows.
- Enabled Complex Fire Lights and Particle Lights.
- Disabled Letterbox.
- Slight vibrance value increase for Day & Night and interior cells.
- Increased water muddiness to medium values to avoid "gatorade" colored water but retain the fantasy feel.
- Adjusted bunch of depth of field values, with stronger depth of field for exteriors and weaker for interiors (they are separate now) as per personal preference, to "hide" the distant terrain better.
- Enabled blurring with low intensity values, and disabled sharpening.
- Toned down vignette.
- Slight decrease of daytime brightness and tonemapping curve.
- Increased the darkness of the interior cells by adjusting tonemapping curve for a more dramatic feel, with stronger light source intensity.
- Adjusted dusk and night values to be darker, with stronger light source intensity as well.
Important note: This post will be updated throughout the day with changelogs and additional details, but I wanted to provide files to those who are familiar with the updating process without detailed guidance.
Additionally, this update will be reflected in the next visual overhaul 2022 update coming out soon.
