This is a sweet file. I like the colours of autumn leaves, and when sunlight shines on them :) I was thinking about the horse chestnut trees near where i live dropping their leaves. It's a nice moment away from my mind and me being a leaf. It reminds me of my first tentative steps with non and erotic hypnosis. I was imagining this little leaf holding onto the branch at the top of the tree that had been there a long time and didn't know what to do and It was envious, watching the other leaves that didn't have to think letting go, It was a long way down...then again i have always had self doubt. I'm not sure if it was a gust of wind or the mesmerising warm current swaying, swirling back and forth that persuaded this leaf that it's much nicer down there :) I have been in a pensive mood all week, I'm patient with just about everything except with myself. Impatient with the physiological disruptions, changes that my tle condition and meds cause, it's so erratic, and affects focus. I don't remember much else besides floating around in the wind and settling down in my mind The trance felt very deep and restful and i didn't want to wake from it. :) Thank you Sir. ❤️

This was very nice, I ended up very deep at the end, so deep that the count up really didn't have much effect. I was so groggy that as soon as the next file in my playlist started I was out again. I think I fell asleep soon after that though. That's what I get for doing files at bedtime though. I agree with KJ though, would have been better as an open ended file.
