I have listened or tried to get my head around this file five times, but it's the most confusing file i have listened to...ever.. My mind just doesn't get the no comment thing. I don't want to resist but I have been struggling with trance for a long time, not able to comprehend the no comment aspect,, after the last attempt i was feeling really bratty, which in turn created resistance in itself. Because i couldn't move my hand when asked but confused by everything else Arghh... Later in the day I listened to Everyday Resistance Play, i know that affects my mind because i am aware always of subtle shudder/shivers that go through me, and that wasn't any different...so i did what i always do, Still feeling like a bratty little madam, although it's not Sir's fault my inept mind isn't getting it or following, nothing new is it? 😠😠😠, i do what i always do, reached for the chocolate for comfort. I have lost count how much of that i have eaten recently. I have plenty in reserve ...I better go and listen to Focus on Me and Bratty Takedown, haven't felt the need to listen to that for a couple of years, until now. 😠❤️
