Dastardly Villain's Maniacal Monologue

You voted for "Dastardly Villain's Maniacal Monologue" to be your September track request. This one was a challenge! There are so many ways that a villain can present their master plan: have they already succeeded? Are they rambling about crazed ideals? Do they simply believe the ends justify the means?
I decided to go with a bit of a "confessional" theme here. This villain knows that their omelet required a few eggs to break. There was dirty work involved, but it was all in service of a great plan. The party hears the speech, and—in all likelihood—knows they're just going to beat the shit out of the dude anyway, but the speech is compelling nonetheless! This is evil, but there is a method to the madness.
I think this piece works best on its own, so this week I have another version of "Valda's Spire of Secrets" for my Artist Tier + patrons. Thanks y'all!
