Joyful Village

Maybe this is a trade hub, an idyllic farming community, or even just that original city after the PCs solve all the problems. In my campaigns, I like to present cities that seem fine and dandy until the players uncover some shocking secret, or until it all goes to hell when a dragon attacks (or whatever).
For the next entry in my "Generic September" series, please enjoy "Fest of the Alignment," a joyous little village romp. The cumulative sum of moving parts implies a certain level of hustle-and-or-bustle, so this might not be appropriate for dingy towns with only a smattering of residents. For any cheery town with a decent population, however, this should be perfect! Throw this on when the players known they're safe and the people are content... and then you're also free to turn the tables on them later.
There's a very differently themed variant at the Artist Tier and up, so head on over there to hear the "Space Station" remix.
