The Final Tracks of Season 2!
Added 2020-05-20 14:59:31 +0000 UTCHey y'all! I've got two new tracks for you today. To be totally transparent: these were supposed to be released as part of a big collaboration with a bevy of other Patreon creators. However, there have been some scheduling conflicts, and ultimately the release of that project got pushed back until after the release of my new album on Friday. I didn't feel it was fair to y'all for me to release tracks on Spotify before giving them to you here, so I'm just releasing them now!
First up is "The Cogs." Directly inspired by the industrial undercity of Eberron's Sharn, this is a very mechanically oriented combat track. Charging strings are punctuated by big old steam valves and crunching pipes. This track is totally suitable as a catch-all combat track, but it's particularly well suited to fights in industrial environs or against constructs and other mechanical beings. I know a lot of you want more Eberron music, so don't worry: I'm here for you.
Next is "Shelter at Last." Look, man, it's tavern music. Plain and simple. Go to a tavern? Put this track on. I'm really happy with the sound of the lute, and I think this is a great little tune to cozy up next to the fire. I know when my players finish a stressful dungeon jaunt, it's always suuuch a relief to get back to some sort of safe home base. Throw on "Shelter at Last" and watch as their bodies relax immediately.
Anyway, I am still very excited for the release of the big collaboration, and you'll see it very soon!
