Sunday Grab Bag: featuring Fantasy Atlas

Lots of little updates today.

First and foremost: I recently did a fun partnership with Matt over at Fantasy Atlas. He just released a gorgeous city market map inspired by my track "With Garners Full of Grain." I've attached the map (gridded and ungridded) to this post, and you can grab the music here. Matt makes amazing maps, and I'm so happy to finally work with him after gushing over his artwork for months and months.

Next: I've attached a short track I recorded ages ago titled "Northern Tales." This was originally an audition for some video game developers that 1) never hired me 2) never released their damn game. It's short, but it's got a nice sort of Dwarven, frigid vibe. I'd argue it pairs well with "Permafrost Wasteland" and "Autumn on the Ramparts." As far as in-game uses, I think it honestly works best as a sort of "theme song." Throw this on right after a recap while the DM is setting the stage for this week's adventure.

Additionally, I just made a *slight* alteration to my policy regarding music in twitch streams and podcasts. If you host a TTRPG podcast, twitch stream, or other such project, you are welcome to use my music so long as you're a patron and you give me a shoutout in your content (on air and in the description). I know that's fairly generous all things considered, but my main goal is to get everyone checking out my tunes, and giving a sort of blanket permission to folks seemed like the most direct way to do that. If you host a project like this, or if you know someone who does, please spread the word!

Finally, I think the poll this month was a great success. It's clear that some session recap music was greatly needed, so I was stoked to release that. Additionally, d20 patron Paul (aka sovest555 in the discord) requested some hellish music for an Avernus campaign. Paul was literally my second patron, and his track request got second place in the poll. I figured it's only fair to give the man what he wants! I'm currently soliciting some track title advice in the discord, so if you're a $5+ patron, give me some feedback! I need some badass hell titles! Plus, I'm just looking to chat more about music and RPGs and whatnot in the discord. Come and hang out!
