I've found out that Patreon's TOS doesn't allow for raffles, so I'll be removing the raffle rewards from the 10 (Monochrome), 15 (Prismacolor), and 30 (Oneesama) tiers! Instead, I am thinking about implementing a voting system, with possibly lower tiers (5 and below) voting on suggestions from higher tiers (10+).
Please feel free to let me know if this is agreeable!! I'll be removing the raffle rewards ASAP to prevent action being taken against my account, but will be open to any alternate suggestions!
